Being a maid of honor, is such an honor! Hints to why it's in the title! I believe some girls have been waiting for their Maid-of-honor day, just as long as they have waited for the day they are the bride.
Girls, this is serious business!
For the Bride
Picking out your maid of honor is a very important part to your wedding day. The crew you have spending the day with you can make it such a party! The maid of honor and the best man, are there to witness you make your vows. They'll be there for the rest of the marriage, rooting the two of you on.

1. She's your best friend/soul sister
2. She knows the ENTIRE story (About the groom)
3. She's always had your back!
4. She's willing
For the Maid of Honor
Girlfriend, this is going to be so much fun! You were just chosen to witness your girl promise her love to the PERFECT man. *Swoon* You get to be the one standing right next to the bride, holding her bouquet whilst trying not to drown it with tears. This is going to be such a fun time, showering the bride in love, and friendship. Never been a maid of honor before? Maybe your feeling a bit worried or over whelmed? Heres a helpful, What's expected guide so you know what to do!
Check List
Before the Wedding
1. Plan a shower or a bachelorette party for the bride (Or both!)
2. Go with the bride to pick out her dress, arrange for the bridesmaids to come if she wants them too.
3. Same for your dress and bridesmaids dresses
4. Assist the Bride with any planning as needed
5. Listen to what the bride wants
6. Be available the day before the wedding for any last minute mishaps
7. Get her a gift or write her a sweet note
8. Help with any decor or organizing
The day of the wedding
1. Be prepared. Have any emergency items on you
2. Have contact info of vendors and important family members
3. Help in any area the bride may need you, or appreciate you.
4. Pass out snacks and flowers to bridal party before the ceremony
5. Be the go between for the bride and groom
6. Help with writing down the names of people's gifts, for the bride to do thank you cards later
7. Give a planned out speech at the reception, do not wing it
8. See to that nothing gets left behind when the bride leaves the venue
9. Enjoy it and love your bride well!
