Do throw a party before the wedding

Whether it be an engagement party or bachelorette/bachelor party DO celebrate before your wedding date. It's a great way to stop and enjoy being engaged while having some fun outside of wedding planning!

Do have a spa date

At some point it's a great idea to go and get pampered! Maybe before the wedding date you get your nails and toes done, sit in a sauna and de-stress. Taking your favorite pal with you can make it all the more enjoyable!

Do keep organized

Get that wedding binder out and flip right to the photography tab to double check your booking confirmation! Staying organized and knowing where all your information is will help you stay on top, and not under stress! Some vendors may have contracts and booking receipts so you'll wanna know where all that is incase you need it later!

Do let others help you

When mom want's to help organize the reception, let her! If grandpa wants to pay for something, let him! If your maid-of-honor wants to make your center pieces, let her! It can help you so much while your under a pile of invitations to address and mail out!

Do let your groom pick

His outfit, His groomsmen, HIS wedding too!! He will have fun too!

Do prepare your body

Zumba once a week for me, and the gym almost 3 times a week. I lost 10 pounds before my wedding and I am very thankful because I was able to relax and enjoy it! (while having more energy and feeling beautiful!)

Do go to Bridal Expos!

This is a great chance to get some first impressions on local vendors, talk with them, and get to know them! They may offer you an amazing deal at an expo or show!
