Feeling 22!

Today is my husband's Birthday!

Arie's most asked question: Do you like having your birthday so close to Christmas?

His response every time: Yeah it's not so bad, I really don't mind it.

Most people assume it sucks because you know, "Here this is your birthday and your Christmas." so normally you get less. But one thing I love about Arie is how selfless he is about it. He doesn't get bothered by to much! (And this bothers me!! lol) I wish I could be as easy going, and chill.

He could care less about the gifts. It's not about that for him. Sure it's nice, but Arie is fine with just a hello, and I love you.

Arie has a big part in who I am today. He has taught me how to let go, and how to move on. He's taught me how to stay calm, and be professional. He calls out my bull-shit, because he knows I so desperately want to improve. (Because we all have room to grow.) He knows when to not sugar coat things, and he knows when to be gentle.

I am so thankful to be able to spend his 22nd birthday with him, and to spend his birthday's with him since he turned 16!
